Diamond recovery jigs

Gravel pump alimented jigs have sizes adapted to the size of gravel pump that feeds them.

The jig has to be set for the material it recovers the diamonds from. The size of bottom screen, the volume of water fed into each hutch, the frequency of membrane(s) pulsation and other factors have to be adjusted properly, so the jig don't waste diamonds. We must remember that the specific gravity of diamond is only 0.9 grams/cm³ higher than the specific gravity of quartz; the mineral from which it has to separate diamonds. It is not a big difference as in the case of gold and quartz. That is why setting the jig properly is very important.

Only the clients will obtain adjustment instructions with each jig delivered.
